The best joint relief
The benefits of turmeric are insane! For me personally, I use it to find joint relief pain. I have severe tendinitis from typing, which has prevented me from returning to my job. I have tried everything and these were honestly like a last ditch resort since there hasn’t been anything the dr can do to help my condition. Initially I didn’t think these did anything. My arms felt better, great actually, but I didn’t wake up one morning and feel “instant relief.” So I didn’t attribute it to the turmeric.. I stopped taking it after the first bottle. Then within a week of stopping my arms started feeling very painful. I definitely believe this helped, and I plan on keeping this on my list of daily supplements for a long time. Side note: there have been tons of articles recently promoting turmeric and all the benefits. It’s not what is prompting me to start take it, but it what will keep me using it once my joints heal. I did receive a discount from this list price when I bought it thank you!

I used to take a spoonful of the spice disolved in olive oil but this is a much easier way to cure inflammation from ultra running from the inside.
