Great product! The supplement uses the R form of Alpha Lipoic Acid, which is more expensive and more absorbable than the regular one, and that makes a big difference in terms of efficacy. Most of the liver formulas I tried before incorporate the cheaper, less absorbable Lipoic Acid.

I can only go by ingredients. Bought this without doing much research. It has a good ingredient profile but not in high enough doses…..just like every other ‘combo’ liver supp out there. Not terrible bang for the buck but still way cheaper to just get them separate in bulk than to fall for the all in one lure that most of these sups offer.
